NZ’s Universal Periodic Review

Every 4 years each of the 192 member country’s of the United Nations are examined under a system called the the Universal Periodic Review. The review rigorously looks at many of society operations in light of the 1946 post WW2 agreement on Human Rights. It also gives the opportunities for U.N. members and NGO’s to comment in an open forum about the findings in the report.
