  • Ki te whakarite whakaakoranga whai rawa mo nga take tika ā hapori e tutuki nei a Aotearoa me nga iwi whānui o te āo.
  • Ki te whakarite wānanga e pūare ana ki te hunga o te hāpori. Ko te take o enei wānanga hei whakapiki ake te māramatanga ki ēnei o nga take e pēhi nei puta noa nga āhuatanga katoa, me te rapu ōranga hei whakatika i ēnei take.
  • Kia pau kaha i te rangahau mo nga take tika, me te whakatakoto korero e pā ana ki te rangahau, hei whakaakoranga mo te hunga o te hāpori. E whakaae ana ki te hōatu enei korero rangahau ki ētahi atu  ko Te Kawanatanga, mē etahi atu Roopu Whakahaere, nā tenei Poari Matua ī whiwhi ai te tuatahi

  • Facilitating projects that will work with individuals and families in the community who the Trust identify as being on the margins of society, by assisting those individuals and families in a supportive and advocacy role.
  • Providing education and resources regarding social issues that impact on Aotearoa New Zealand and international communities.
  • Providing seminars that are open to the community. The purpose of these seminars is to promote greater understanding of the social issues that impact our communities and to assist the community in the identification of ways to address these issues.
  • Undertaking research into social issues and utilise that research to facilitate community education. This research may also be provided to other organisations and government departments that would benefit from the research undertaken by the Trust.
